About the Role:

We are seeking motivated

Capture Executives

to support our project teams in capturing, managing, and delivering high-quality drone footage and data for under-construction project sites. The ideal candidate will have a Technical Diploma (preferably in Civil) or be a Graduate, with a strong interest in drone operations and construction technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate drones (DJI Mavic 2/3 Enterprise or equivalent) to capture images and videos of under-construction sites. Conduct site surveys and record DGPS points as required. Coordinate with site teams to plan and execute scheduled captures. Ensure accuracy, timely uploads, and quality checks of captured footage. Support Bandhoo's Constra platform operations to ensure smooth daily workflows. Maintain strong relationships with client site teams and ensure positive engagement. Assist in expanding business opportunities through consistent client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Technical Diploma (preferably Civil) or Graduate (no lesser or higher qualifications).

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Drone Certification:

Certified Drone Pilot preferred.

Drone Experience:

Experience operating Mavic 2/3 Enterprise drones desirable. ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
