What you will do \xe2\x97\x8f Developing and sustaining a high level of competence in piloting the fleet of drones and executing projects with minimum supervision. \xe2\x97\x8f Piloting the drone on projects in a way that adheres to the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies on safety and privacy, while ensuring delivery of quality exceeds client expectations. \xe2\x97\x8f Taking care of equipment in your custody to ensure it remains fully functional and in prime operating conditions at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that there is no material loss to the company resulting from missing/misplaced hardware when out on projects. \xe2\x97\x8f Scheduling and undertaking routine maintenance of equipment assigned to you and ensuring it is in prime operating conditions at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Carrying out minor repairs on site to ensure successful delivery on each and every project. \xe2\x97\x8f Contributing to improving the Standard Operating Procedure for operations and maintenance of the drone in different use-cases. \xe2\x97\x8f Upholding the values and culture of the company while on projects and otherwise. \xe2\x97\x8f Adhering to all operations processes on a timely basis and suggests improvements to the same. Qualification \xe2\x97\x8f Drone License - DGCA Approved \xe2\x97\x8f Have a minimum of 2 years of flying experience \xe2\x97\x8f Have basic knowledge in the fields of engineering of remotely piloted systems, safe handling and operations with industry standard practices \xe2\x97\x8f Have sufficient knowledge of the UAV system for on field troubleshooting \xe2\x97\x8f Have the ability to manage high pressure situations.
