Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up M1TR / DRO milling machines for precision machining operations.
Perform non-standard and rotary job works using DRO milling.
Carry out bore milling operations as per design requirements.
Interpret and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances accurately.
Ensure machining accuracy and surface finish as per the specified tolerances.
Perform measurements using precision tools such as vernier caliper, screw gauge, dial gauge, and bore gauge.
Maintain machine condition and follow routine preventive maintenance schedules.
Adhere to safety and quality standards during all machining processes.
Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production and delivery targets.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Hands-on experience in M1TR/DRO milling machine operation.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerance identification.
Knowledge of rotary and nonstandard job works.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (vernier, screw gauge, dial gauge, bore gauge).
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
