Job Description

DRO Operator is responsible for operating machine tools equipped with Digital Read Out (DRO) systems to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machines such as

lathe, milling, or drilling machines

with DRO systems Read and interpret

engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards

Set up workpieces and tools as per specifications Input and monitor dimensions using the

DRO system

Measure components using

vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges

, etc. Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Identify and report defects or machine issues Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade (preferred) Experience operating

DRO-equipped machines

Basic knowledge of machining operations and cutting tools Ability to read technical drawings Good measurement and inspection skills Attention to detail and precision Willingness to work in shifts
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
