Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

DRO Milling Operator

to operate and maintain milling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong machining knowledge, precision skills, and experience working with engineering components.

Key Responsibilities

Operate

DRO milling machines

to produce high-precision components. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, measurements, and job specifications

. Set up machines, select cutting tools, and adjust machine settings. Perform

accurate milling, drilling, and finishing operations

. Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness. Inspect finished products using measurement tools such as

Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to quality standards. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

operating a DRO Milling Machine. Strong knowledge of

machining, tooling, Setup and measurement instruments

. Ability to operate independently with precision and attention to detail. Basic understanding of material types (MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.). Ability to read

technical drawings

and follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

tool room / machining / fabrication industries

. Knowledge of CNC operations (added advantage, not mandatory).

Based on experience

Joining:

Immediate or as early as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
