Job Responsibilities:

Operate

DRO (Digital Readout) Milling Machines

as per production requirements. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

. Set up machines, select tools, and perform machining operations with accuracy. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of output. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of machines. Ensure compliance with

safety standards and company policies

. Maintain production logs and update supervisors on daily progress.

Requirements:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum

1-3 years

in DRO Milling operations. Good knowledge of

cutting speeds, feeds, and machining practices

. Ability to handle precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Salary Range:

?18,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience)
