DRO MILLING OPERATOR ONLY MALE CANDIDATES

WORKING LOCATION -BANGALORE

EDUCATION-ITI/DIPLOMA

Machine Operation

: Proficiency in operating DRO milling machines, including setting up, adjusting, and running the machine according to specifications.

Blueprint Reading

: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand the required dimensions, tolerances, and materials.

Tooling Knowledge

: Knowledge of various cutting tools, inserts, and tool holders used in milling operations. Ability to select the appropriate tools based on material and machining requirements.

Measurement and Inspection

: Skill in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and height gauges to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances.

Materials Knowledge

: Understanding of different types of metals and alloys commonly used in manufacturing processes, and their properties affecting machining operations.

Safety Protocols

: Adherence to safety protocols and procedures while operating milling machines, including proper handling of tools, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean work environment.

Problem Solving

: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tool wear, and dimensional inaccuracies during the milling process.

Attention to Detail

: Precision and meticulousness in performing milling tasks to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finishes as per specifications.

Teamwork and Communication

: Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth workflow and quality production.

Maintenance and Care

: Basic knowledge of machine maintenance procedures, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs, to keep the DRO milling machine in optimal operating condition.

Adaptability

: Ability to work with different types of milling operations, materials, and part configurations, adjusting techniques as needed to meet production requirements.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
