: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Qualification

:

10th Grade / ITI / DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

:

Machine Operation

: Operate and control the DRO (Digital Readout) machine and Lathe machine to produce precise parts as per design specifications.

Machine Setup

: Set up machines for operations, including loading the material, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring the machine is properly calibrated.

Tool Selection

: Choose and set up the correct tools and attachments required for the specific task.

Quality Checks

: Perform regular quality control checks on the finished parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and tolerances.

Maintenance

: Perform routine maintenance on the machines to ensure smooth operations and reduce downtime.

Blueprint Interpretation

: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the part requirements.

Documentation

: Maintain proper records of work orders, production logs, and material usage.

Requirements

:

Experience

: 0 to 5 years of experience in operating DRO or Lathe machines. Freshers with relevant qualifications are also welcome to apply.

Skills

: Knowledge of operating and setting up DRO and Lathe machines. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to work with different materials and tools.

Qualifications

: Minimum of 10th Grade education or equivalent. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) preferred.
