2. ISL Training for Educators and Staff
Teach and train Indian Sign Language to Department of Education staff, parents, peers, teachers, and BIERTs.
Conduct 20 ISL sessions per month in selective blocks.
Train 90% of staff and 50% of school teachers in basic ISL communication skills.
Assist schools in creating deaf-friendly environments.

3. Parental and Community Engagement
Organize structured 3-day ISL training sessions for 60 active parents and 80 classroom teachers, conducted twice a year.
Conduct weekly interactive sessions for BIERTs, parents, and children.
Facilitate 10 interactive programs annually, reaching 150 children.

4. Resource Development
Create 30 ISL concept videos and accompanying documentation.
Use videos to facilitate trainings and participate as a trainer in all program sessions.

5. Documentation and Reporting
Support the Cluster Coordinator in preparing monthly deaf child case studies.
Maintain weekly Goonjan track sheets and monthly program reports with photographs.
Submit quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports on time as per program requirements.
Ensure all data and children's profiles are maintained in hardcopy format.

+ Fluent in Indian Sign Language (ISL) with the ability to train others.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience working with deaf children, peers, and school communities preferred.
+ Ability to create teaching-learning materials and multimedia content.
