RESPONSIBLE FOR SOURCING, ASSESSING, PROCESSING, AND MANAGING GOLD LOAN APPLICATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND RBI GUIDELINES. THE ROLE INVOLVES HANDLING CUSTOMER QUERIES, VERIFYING THE PURITY AND WEIGHT OF GOLD, ENSURING ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION, AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Loan Processing:

Greet and assist walk-in customers seeking gold loan services. Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation required. Collect and verify KYC documents as per RBI guidelines.

Gold Appraisal & Verification:

Accurately assess the purity and weight of gold using standard techniques. Determine eligible loan amount based on gold valuation and company policy. Ensure proper tagging, storage, and security of pledged gold.

Loan Disbursement & Documentation:

Enter customer and loan details into the software system. Generate loan agreements and disburse funds via approved channels.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum: 10+2 / Higher Secondary Education Basic computer literacy and familiarity with financial software Two wheeler is mandatory and 4 wheeler license also.
