HOTEL :- PLATINUM ROYAL EXCELLENCY[UDAIPUR]

REQUIREMENT:- DRIVER

1. Driving Duties

Safely operate company or personal vehicles to transport passengers, staff, or goods as required. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving. Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival and departure. Adjust routes and schedules as needed based on traffic, road conditions, or client instructions.
2. Vehicle Maintenance

Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips (check fuel, oil, water, lights, brakes, tires, etc.). Report any mechanical issues or damage to the supervisor immediately. Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times. Arrange for regular servicing and repairs as scheduled.
3. Safety and Compliance

Always ensure passenger safety by following seatbelt and speed regulations. Maintain valid driving license and required vehicle documents (insurance, registration, pollution certificate, etc.). Follow all company safety protocols and traffic guidelines. Avoid usage of mobile phones or other distractions while driving.
4. Administrative Tasks

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel logs. Submit daily or weekly trip reports to the transport manager or supervisor. Handle delivery and receipt of documents, parcels, or payments when required. Assist with loading and unloading of luggage or materials when necessary.
5. Professional Conduct

Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times. Provide courteous and respectful service to passengers or clients. Maintain confidentiality of passenger or company information. Dress neatly and represent the organization appropriately. It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
