Drive company executives to and from appointments, meetings, and other engagements in a safe and timely manner Maintain knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns to ensure efficient route planning Keep vehicle clean and stocked with necessary supplies at all times Adhere to all traffic laws and defensive driving techniques Assist passengers with luggage and any other needs prior to and after trips Handle all maintenance and repair needs for assigned vehicle Complete daily logs documenting mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to supervisor in a timely manner May be asked to perform general office duties as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files Attend mandatory safety trainings and meetings Comply with all company policies and procedures * Other duties as assigned
