Job Description

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, visitors, and materials as required, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and operated in compliance with traffic regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles for official travel and business needs. Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off of staff, guests, and materials. Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle at all times. Check oil, water, brakes, and tires regularly; report any faults or repairs needed. Maintain accurate trip and fuel logs as per company requirements. Follow traffic rules and safety regulations without exception. Ensure all vehicle documents (license, insurance, pollution certificate, etc.) are up to date. Assist in administrative errands such as bank work, courier delivery, or field visits when required. Support in loading and unloading items when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 10th standard or equivalent. Valid

Light/Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License

(as applicable). Minimum

3-5 years

of experience as a professional driver. Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

Safe and defensive driving skills. Punctuality and reliability. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
