Job Summary

The MD Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services to the Managing Director (MD). This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive the Managing Director to and from office, meetings, airports, and other destinations as required. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, fueled, and serviced regularly. Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions for timely arrivals. Assist the MD with loading/unloading luggage, documents, or other materials. Adhere to all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies. Report any vehicle issues immediately and coordinate repairs/servicing. Maintain a daily log of travel, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses. Be available beyond regular working hours, including weekends or holidays, if required. Provide general assistance to the MD as needed.

Requirements

Minimum

10th / 12th grade education

(or equivalent). Valid

Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License

with a clean record. Proven driving experience as a

personal driver / executive driver

(5+ years preferred). Excellent knowledge of local routes, roads, and traffic regulations. Good communication skills (basic English / local language proficiency). Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and well-groomed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities with integrity. Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to MD's schedule.

Salary: Full Time - 15k to 18k
