Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Transportation :

Safely drive company vehicles to transport Hatching Eggs, Day Old Chicks, Poultry Feed, Goods to various destinations. Ensure timely deliveries as per the schedule.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure that the vehicle is clean, well-maintained and fueled. Report any vehicle malfunctions, damage or repairs needed immediately to the concerned authority.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service history. Ensure proper documentation is carried at all times (license, registration, insurance, etc.).

Safety & Compliance:

Comply with all traffic laws and company safety standards. Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods. Maintain high standards of personal and vehicle hygiene.

Route Planning:

Plan and follow the most efficient routes to save time and fuel. Adjust routes based on traffic, road conditions or urgent needs.

Support Tasks

Assist in loading and unloading materials if required. Run office errands such as banking, deliveries or procurement.

Professional Conduct:

Maintain polite and respectful behavior with staff, clients, and external parties. Maintain confidentiality regarding organizational activities and operations.

Requirements:

Education :

Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Experience :

Proven experience as a driver; familiarity with various routes and road conditions.

License :

Heavy / Batch valid license.

Skills:

Good driving record with no history of major violations. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics is a plus. Strong time management and communication skills.
