Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage. Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks as needed for moving heavy items. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including delivery logs and customer signatures. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 -
