Job Description

An Automotive Car Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of passengers or goods using a vehicle. This role involves operating the vehicle, maintaining its cleanliness and condition, and ensuring adherence to traffic laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include route planning, assisting with loading/unloading, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

Safe Operation:

Driving passengers or goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Performing routine checks and maintenance, ensuring the vehicle is in good working order and reporting any issues.

Route Planning:

Planning efficient routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with dispatchers, team members, and clients regarding delivery status and any issues.
Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

Driving Experience:

Experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of Traffic Laws:

A thorough understanding of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.

Customer Service Skills:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Time Management:

Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries.

Navigation Skills:

Proficiency in using navigation systems and understanding local road networks.
