Job Title: Driver Location: Agra Position Type: Full-time : We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Driver. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience and possess a valid commercial driving license. The primary responsibility of the Driver will be to transporting goods and/or passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers and/or goods to designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
- Familiarize oneself with the local roads, routes, and traffic patterns of Agra, Delhi, Kanpur, and Noida.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Utilize Google Maps or other navigation tools effectively to navigate unfamiliar routes and locations.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as refueling, checking oil levels, and tire pressure.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to management promptly.
- Proven experience as a professional driver preferred.
- Possession of a valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions in Agra, Delhi, Kanpur, and Noida.
- Proficiency in using navigation tools such as Google Maps.
- Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
