Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and experienced

Bolero Driver

to support our construction operations. The driver will be responsible for transporting workers, tools, and light construction materials between sites using a Mahindra Bolero or similar utility vehicle. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes, basic vehicle maintenance, and must strictly follow safety and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the company's

Bolero vehicle

to transport laborers, small equipment, and construction materials between sites. Load and unload materials and tools safely and efficiently. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of workers and delivery of materials to various construction sites. Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical problems to the supervisor. Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel usage, and delivery records. Adhere to all traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving. Assist site staff with other duties during idle time, such as organizing materials or running errands. Follow instructions from the site supervisor or transport manager.

Requirements:

Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License Proven experience as a Bolero or utility vehicle driver, preferably in construction or logistics Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repairs Familiarity with local roads, routes, and site locations Physically fit and able to load/unload materials if required Punctual, disciplined, and dependable Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum education: 8th or 10th pass Experience working with construction or infrastructure companies Basic understanding of construction materials and on-site protocols
