Job Objective

To safely operate light commercial vehicles for the trust's activities and assist in coordination of volunteer programs, including food distribution and other community service initiatives organized by Truepath Foundation.

Key Responsibilities1. Driving & Vehicle Management

Safely drive light commercial vehicles for trust operations Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and regular servicing Ensure compliance with traffic rules and safety regulations Assist in loading and unloading materials when required

2. Volunteer & Program Support

Assist in planning and coordinating volunteer activities Support free food distribution programs at government hospitals and other locations Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries during events Ensure timely execution of trust programs and community services

3. Administrative & Coordination Duties

Maintain daily log of trips, vehicle usage, and maintenance records Communicate with trust management regarding schedules and vehicle requirements Support office staff in minor errands or community engagement activities

4. Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety protocols during driving and program activities Ensure the safety of passengers, volunteers, and trust materials Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly

Required Qualifications & Skills

Valid driving license for light commercial vehicles Minimum 2-3 years of professional driving experience Knowledge of local routes in Ernakulam and surrounding areas Ability to work responsibly, independently, and in team settings Good coordination and communication skills
