The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, goods, or company personnel to assigned destinations in a timely manner. The role requires adherence to traffic rules, vehicle maintenance standards, and professional conduct at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company or assigned vehicle for daily transportation needs.
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of passengers or deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and working condition of the vehicle.
Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, etc.).
Follow assigned routes and schedules; optimize routes when needed.
Maintain vehicle logbook including mileage, fuel usage, and trip records.
Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety protocols.
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or violations immediately.
Assist with loading/unloading materials (if required).
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with passengers.

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Ability to drive safely under different weather and traffic conditions.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and alert.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving for Employee Transportation Services.
Ability to use GPS/navigation tools.
Knowledge of basic documentation and log maintenance.
