1. Primary Duty
Ensure safe, smooth, and dignified transportation of the company's Chairman/Managing Director, Directors in company vehicle, maintaining utmost discretion, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
2. Driving Excellence
Operate the vehicle with precision, care, and awareness, providing a seamless travel experience.
Maintain familiarity with preferred routes, traffic patterns, alternate options, and parking protocols for key business locations, airports, and venues.
Anticipate and adapt to changing conditions (weather, traffic, route changes) while minimizing disruption to the executive's schedule.
3. Vehicle Presentation & Upkeep
Maintain the vehicle in neat and tidy condition--interior and exterior--at all times.
Ensure regular checks of fuel, tire pressure, oil levels, lighting, brakes, battery, and hygiene.
Coordinate routine servicing, detailing, and repairs without causing any operational inconvenience.
Promptly escalate any mechanical or cosmetic issues to admin/management for action.
4. Safety & Compliance
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company-specific travel protocols.
Ensure the presence and validity of all vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, license, etc.).
Ensure personal and passenger safety through disciplined driving, clean habits, and proper vehicle handling.
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
Maintain absolute confidentiality of executive's movements, conversations, meetings, and schedules.
Refrain from any unauthorized communication or disclosure regarding the executive or company matters.
Maintain a composed, discreet presence while on duty.
6. Communication, Etiquette & Courtesy
Maintain clear and respectful communication with the executive, guest, and office support staff.
Exhibit polished personal grooming, proper uniform and a courteous behaviour.
Greet the accompanying external guests politely, assist promptly in opening and closing of vehicle doors wherever safely possible, and ensure comfort during boarding and alighting.
Remain attentive yet modest while in presence of guests or senior dignitaries.
7. Supportive Responsibilities
Assist with responsibilities advised, luggage handling, or coordination with security staff when required.
Coordinate with administrative team for planned travel schedules, airport pickups, and external meeting logistics.
Be flexible and available for early morning, late night, or outstation travel when needed.
