Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the veterinarian and veterinary assistants with routine clinical work, including the humane handling and restraining of animals
Assist the veterinarian with the daily maintenance of drugs, instruments, and other equipment in the emergency vehicle and replenish the stock when necessary
Assist team members with routine clinical work and community engagement activities
Take photographs and video footage of important clinical cases and community engagement activities, compile them by the end of each week, and share them with the supervisor
Manage crowds at treatment sites and request that animal owners and bystanders allow clinical procedures to be performed without hindrance
Carry out daily fitness checks on the ambulance
Drive responsibly while ensuring safety and security
Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of the vehicle
Maintain essential documents, including the vehicle's logbook
Ensure that bio-medical waste is collected, packed, and stored for disposal as per the protocol
Ensure that drinking water is available in the vehicle for staff at all times
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience driving four-wheel vehicles in Delhi
