Role Summary

The Driver of the Mobile Medical Unit is responsible for safely operating and maintaining the MMU vehicle during daily field visits. The role includes transportation of the medical team, ensuring vehicle readiness, supporting camp setup, and assisting in smooth functioning of MMU operations in rural and remote areas.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 10th pass (preferred). Valid LMV/HMV driving license as applicable. Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience, preferably with vans, commercial vehicles, or field-based projects. Good driving skills and knowledge of local routes. Basic mechanical knowledge for handling minor repairs. Ability to follow schedules and instructions. Good communication and courteous behaviour. Physically fit to support camp activities.

Working Conditions

Extensive field travel as per MMU schedule. Early morning departures and long field days may be required. Work in varied weather and road conditions.
