Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable services for company personnel, documents, and goods. The role involves maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition, following traffic rules and company policies, and ensuring efficient delivery and pick-up operations.

Key Responsibilities:

safely operating a high end 4wheeler and heavy vehicle. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle. Conduct daily checks of the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights, tyres, etc.). Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly. Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents and materials. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required. Support office administration tasks when not on driving duty. Ensure vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, etc.) are valid and up to date.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) / Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) as applicable. Minimum 5 years of driving experience (company may specify). Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance. Ability to read and write local language and basic knowledge of English. Physically fit and able to work flexible hours if required. Polite, disciplined, and professional behavior.
