Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Transportation
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off as per schedules and instructions.
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding travel routes, discussions, and personal information.
Vehicle Care & Maintenance
Maintain assigned luxury vehicles in
immaculate condition
at all times (interior & exterior).
Monitor fuel levels, tyre pressure, battery health, and fluid levels.
Coordinate regular servicing, insurance renewals, PUC, and compliance documentation.
Report any technical issues immediately and ensure timely rectification.
Professional Conduct & Etiquette
Follow luxury hospitality standards while interacting with clients and guests.
Maintain
formal grooming, clean uniform, and professional body language
.
Open doors for clients, assist with luggage, and provide a courteous experience.
Exhibit patience, discretion, and calm behaviour at all times.
Support Duties
Assist in showroom-related errands, document deliveries, and administrative support when required.
Support airport transfers, hotel visits, test-drive coordination, and event travel.
Be available for extended hours, weekends, or emergency travel requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Valid
LMV Driving Licence
with a clean driving record.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a chauffeur or personal driver (luxury segment preferred).
Thorough knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, highways, and GPS navigation.
Ability to handle luxury vehicles (automatic, high-end features).
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and discipline.
Good communication skills (basic English preferred).
Physically fit with good eyesight and reflexes.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience working with
luxury brands, senior executives, or HNIs

Exposure to valet services or hospitality industry.
Calm temperament and professional crisis-handling ability.
Familiarity with vehicle detailing standards.
