Key responsibilities

Transportation:

Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from the hotel, airport, and other locations.

Guest assistance:

Help with loading and unloading luggage, opening and closing car doors, and escorting guests to and from the vehicle and lobby.

Customer service:

Greet guests politely, respond to their queries, and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Vehicle maintenance:

Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order, performing checks and addressing minor issues.

Navigation:

Use navigation tools to find the fastest routes and stay updated on traffic conditions.

Adherence to rules:

Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and parking regulations.

Valet duties:

Park and retrieve guest vehicles, secure keys, and record parking locations.
