Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and customer-friendly Pickup and Drop Driver to manage the collection and delivery of customer vehicles (four-wheelers) to and from the service center. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a good knowledge of local routes, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Pick up vehicles from customers' locations and deliver them to the service center. Drop serviced vehicles back to customers promptly and safely. Maintain proper handling and care of all customer vehicles. Ensure accurate documentation and vehicle checklist during pickup and delivery. Communicate politely and professionally with customers regarding pickup/drop timings and status. Inform the service advisor of any visible damage or issues noticed during vehicle handover. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company protocols. Keep vehicle logs and report any delays or incidents immediately. Assist in coordinating schedules for pickups and drop-offs.
