Safely drive, park, and manage luxury vehicles within showroom premises.
Receive customer vehicles and assist with organized parking.
2. Test Drive Assistance
Support sales team during customer test drives.
Accompany customers when required and explain basic features and safety protocols.
Position display vehicles as per showroom standards.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for demonstration.
Move vehicles for servicing, washing, and delivery coordination.
3. Customer Service & Docs
Welcome and assist customers with a professional, well-groomed demeanor.
Provide prompt valet support and ensure a premium experience.
Maintain strict confidentiality and courteous communication.
Maintain logs for vehicle movements and test drives.
Follow showroom SOPs, safety rules, and traffic regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of driving experience, preferably with luxury/automatic vehicles.
Valid driving licence with clean record.
Strong understanding of premium vehicle handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and well-presented.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
