Key Responsibilities

Transport Goods/Passengers

: Safely drive vehicles to deliver packages or transport clients to designated locations.

Vehicle Maintenance

: Perform regular checks and maintenance on the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.

Route Planning

: Utilize navigation systems to plan the most efficient routes, considering traffic and road conditions.

Customer Service

: Provide excellent service to clients, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction at all times.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License

: A standard driver's license is required; additional endorsements may be necessary depending on the vehicle type.

Experience

: Many employers prefer candidates with at least one year of driving experience, although entry-level positions may be available.

Education

: A high school diploma is often preferred but not always required.
