Key Responsibilities

Transport:

Safely move passengers or cargo to designated locations.

Route Planning:

Use navigation tech to find optimal routes, adjusting for traffic/delays.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and perform basic checks; report issues.

Documentation:

Complete logs, delivery records, expense reports, and pre/post-trip checklists.

Loading/Unloading:

Assist with securing goods, luggage, or equipment.

Communication:

Report issues, delays, or incidents to dispatch or management.

Customer Service:

Ensure passenger comfort, professionalism, and handle payments/receipts.
