Job Description

We are seeking a

reliable, safety-conscious, and professional Driver

to join our team. The primary role is to ensure the

safe and timely

transportation of students to and from specified destinations while maintaining the vehicle in excellent working condition and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation:

Operate company vehicles in a safe, courteous, and compliant manner, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Route Planning:

Plan and map out the most efficient driving routes ahead of time, checking traffic and weather reports, and adjusting routes as needed to ensure timely arrival.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (e.g., checking tires, lights, fluid levels, brakes) and perform minor routine maintenance. Ensure the vehicle is always clean, presentable, and well-maintained (both interior and exterior). Schedule and coordinate regular service appointments and repairs, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel for the required journeys.

Administrative/Logistics:

Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, routes taken, and vehicle maintenance in a logbook. Load and unload cargo, goods, or passenger luggage as required, ensuring safe and secure handling. Handle and process any required paperwork (e.g., delivery receipts, payment collections, documentation).

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service when interacting with passengers, clients, or staff.
Requirements and Qualifications

License & Record:

Posses a valid driving license issued for proper vehicles Maintain a clean driving records

Experience:

Proven experience as a professional Driver
Useful Attributes

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed. Good physical condition and endurance for long hours on the road. A professional, discreet, and customer-focused attitude.
