Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the school bus along designated routes and maintain punctuality in pick-up and drop-off schedules. Ensure

student safety

while boarding, traveling, and alighting the bus. Follow all

traffic rules and safety regulations

without exception. Conduct

daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

of the vehicle to ensure it is in good condition. Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the Transport In-Charge. Maintain cleanliness of the bus (interior and exterior) at all times. Assist with bus maintenance checks, servicing schedules, and record-keeping. Maintain

discipline among students

during transit, ensuring polite and responsible behavior. Support in transporting staff or materials when required for school events. Attend transport meetings and safety trainings as directed by the management.

Qualification & Experience:

Must possess a

valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Heavy Duty License)

. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

driving heavy vehicles, preferably in

school or institutional transport

. Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹20,000.73 per month
