Job Summary

The Van Driver - Medicine Delivery is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to hospital pharmacies and healthcare institutions. The role ensures proper handling of medicines, adherence to delivery schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver medicines and pharmaceutical supplies to hospital pharmacies as per assigned routes and schedules. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of medicines, including temperature-sensitive products. Verify delivery challans, invoices, and obtain acknowledgments from hospital pharmacy staff. Load and unload medicines carefully to avoid damage or contamination. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery van. Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety standards at all times. Report any delays, shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the logistics team. Maintain daily delivery logs, fuel records, and vehicle movement registers. Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and hospital pharmacy staff for smooth deliveries. Assist in minor warehouse or dispatch activities when required.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 10th pass (preferred) Valid commercial driving license for LMV 2-5 years of experience in medicine or FMCG delivery (hospital experience preferred)

Other Requirements

Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of cartons Willingness to work extended hours if required Familiarity with temperature-controlled delivery is an advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
