About Us:

Bektash is a rapidly growing fast-food restaurant chain specializing in Indo-Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine, including shawarma, alfahm, and grills. With multiple outlets across Kochi and a central kitchen at Nettoor, we are focused on maintaining high standards in food quality, timely operations, and seamless logistics.

We are currently looking for a Driver cum Supervisor who can handle delivery responsibilities and assist with basic data entry and coordination tasks.

Position Overview:

The Driver cum Supervisor will be responsible for transporting food and materials between the central kitchen and outlets, supervising the dispatch process, and performing basic computer-based data entry tasks. This is a hands-on role that supports the daily functioning of our central kitchen and logistics flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Delivery Duties:

Safely drive company vehicle to deliver food and raw materials to outlets. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and return of items. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle. Handle loading/unloading and ensure items match dispatch list.
Supervision & Data Entry:

Supervise daily dispatch and receipt process. Record delivery logs, return items, and basic inventory in the system. Use computer to update stock movement and handover status (basic Excel or entry forms). Coordinate with outlet staff and kitchen team for smooth delivery process.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a delivery driver (food/logistics preferred). Valid Driving License (LMV or commercial). Basic computer knowledge (data entry, Excel, or inventory tools). Responsible, punctual, and honest with handling goods and records. Familiar with routes in Kochi and surrounding areas. Able to work flexible hours and physically capable of loading items.

Monthly Salary Only: ?17,000 - ?20,000 based on experience ESI

Nettoor, Kochi, Kerala: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Driving: 3 years (Required) Data Entry or Basic Computer Use: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Malayalam (Required) Basic Hindi or English (Preferred)
