Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver cum Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Security Solutions, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a four-wheeler vehicle to transport guests and supervise facility manpower.

Responsibilities:

- Drive a four-wheeler vehicle safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from various locations

- Supervise facility manpower, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff

- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain a clean and organized environment

- Create and manage facility manpower schedules, rosters, and assignments

- Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to facility management

- Provide excellent customer service to guests and internal stakeholders

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Valid four-wheeler driving license

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a driver or in a similar role

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of facility management and supervision

- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

- Knowledge of local routes and geography

- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,562.69 - ₹20,300.86 per month
