Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Driver cum Salesman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles to deliver products safely and on time, while also handling sales at retail outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive and operate company vehicle for product delivery. Load, unload, and deliver products to customers/retail outlets. Promote and sell company products to retail shops and direct customers. Collect payments and maintain proper records of sales and deliveries. Ensure proper handling of products and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the company. Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to management. Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations. Maintain stock levels in the vehicle and submit daily sales reports.
Requirements:

Valid driving license (LMV/Commercial as applicable). Proven experience as a driver and/or sales representative preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and maintain sales records accurately. Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of products. Basic knowledge of routes and local market. High level of responsibility and punctuality.
