Safely drive company vehicle for daily routes.
Load, unload, and deliver products to retail and wholesale customers.
Maintain the vehicle in good condition and follow all traffic rules.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
2. Sales & Customer Interaction
Visit existing and new customers to promote products.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Expand the customer network and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners.
3. Stock & Documentation
Keep accurate records of stock movement, delivery slips, invoices, and collections.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the sales manager.
Handle cash/UPI collections responsibly and deposit as instructed.
4. Product Knowledge & Promotion
Understand product features, pricing, and offers.
Educate customers about new products, schemes, and promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock requirements, complaints, and returns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSLC/Plus Two (or as required).
Valid driving licence for LMV/Commercial vehicle.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales or delivery (FMCG preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle physical work such as loading/unloading.
Basic math and record-keeping ability.
