Looking for a Driver for a plantations company in Idukki
District, Kerala.
Qualifications:
Male candidates preferred.
Skills required:
1. Language fluency required: Conversational Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil
2. Should be able to drive four wheelers/ two wheelers. Experience in off road driving is a plus. Should have a valid license to drive pickups.
3. Should be comfortable using smartphones. Ability to use computers is a plus.
Experience:
At least 5 years of driving experience is mandatory.
Work Timings:
Work timings for this role is expected to be dynamic. The driver is expected to stay in the company premises. Accommodation and reasonable use of utilities shall be provided.
Attendance and Leave Policy:
Casual/Sick Leave/Festival leaves of 13 days/ annum.
Employee is advised to refrain from availing leaves during harvest season and all leaves can be availed only upon prior intimation and approval.
Any leaves other than this can be availed in exceptional circumstances with loss of pay with prior approval from management.
Sundays shall be non-working days in general. As the case, if the employee is assigned full day work on Sunday during exceptional circumstances, he/she shall be compensated for the day.
Remuneration:
Fixed Pay of 15000 - 18000/- per month depending on experience and skillset. Food shall be provided as a monthly deductible. Monthly deductible amount shall be dependent on actual canteen expenses.
