We are seeking a reliable and versatile Driver cum Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of SoluLab. This role combines professional driving services with administrative support, ensuring the CEO's daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. This position requires flexibility in working hours and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, timely, and professional pickup and drop-off services for the CEO, including to meetings, events, airports, or other locations as required.
Handle banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and collecting financial documents or statements.
Follow up with service providers including plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and other maintenance professionals for on-demand administrative tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with real estate brokers for property dealings, including scheduling viewings, document collection, and liaison for negotiations or transactions.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, fueled, and optimal working condition, including scheduling regular maintenance, repairs, and compliance with legal requirements.
Run personal and professional errands for the CEO, such as purchasing supplies, delivering packages, or managing deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements when needed.
Handle confidential information and documents with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Support general office administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, or coordinating with vendors, during non-driving periods.
Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while driving.
Monitor and report any vehicle-related issues or administrative task progress to the CEO promptly.
Be available for occasional out-of-hours or weekend duties based on the CEO's schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 3-5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in an executive support role.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools (e.g., GPS apps).
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email) for administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages like Hindi are advantageous).
Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Physical fitness to handle light lifting or extended driving periods.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
