Coordinate and manage daily driver deployment for PDI operations.
Assign vehicles and drivers as per delivery schedules and priority.
Ensure driver attendance, duty allocation, and shift management.
Track vehicle movement, trip completion, and report delays or issues.
Act as the point of contact between drivers, supervisors, and operations team.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company SOPs.
Maintain driver records, duty cards, and basic operational documentation
Requirements:
Experience in logistics / 3PL / fleet operations preferred.
Good knowledge of local routes (Kochi & nearby areas).
Ability to handle drivers firmly but professionally.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp coordination, reporting).
LMV License mandatory
