Job role: We're seeking an experienced and people-focused

to oversee delivery team performance and ensure strict adherence to operational, behavioral, and compliance standards. This role is critical in maintaining service quality, safeguarding brand reputation, and driving performance excellence across delivery operations.

Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduation / MBA Experience: 1-3 yrs in Calling, BPO, Customer Service, Location: Sec-67 Mohali, Punjab Salary: 25k-30k CTC Shift: Rotational UK Shifts First 3 months (Probation): 6 days per week Post-Probation: 5.5 working days

Required skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident and having public speaking skills with good telephonic etiquette. Must have working experience in

cold calling/ BPO / KPO/ any international process.

Having basic knowledge or experience in UK compliance will be an extra benefit for this role. Strong leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution abilities Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace Ability to work effectively in rotational UK shifts High attention to detail with strong documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the performance of delivery teams under assigned supervision Ensure compliance with operational processes, including correct usage of PDAs and TomTom devices Address and resolve behavioral issues involving drivers, office staff, customers, or the general public Monitor attendance and proactively manage attendance-related concerns Collect, validate, and provide supporting evidence for fines, charges, and disciplinary actions Support delivery teams in improving productivity, efficiency, and service quality Ensure service levels consistently meet company standards and KPIs Uphold the company's brand image by enforcing professional conduct standards Ensure compliance with company uniform and appearance policies Guide delivery teams on correct procedures and compliance-related matters Coordinate with HR on onboarding of new joiners and exit processes for leavers Work closely with Fleet and Compliance teams to resolve operational and compliance issues Conduct performance appraisals, recognize high performers, and address performance gaps
