safely transporting guests to various locations, assisting with luggage, providing local information, and ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service, while also maintaining vehicle cleanliness, adhering to schedules, following traffic laws, and coordinating with hotel staff like the front desk and concierge. They act as brand ambassadors, requiring strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of hotel services. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Guest Transport & Service:

Safely drive guests to/from airports, local attractions, or business locations. Greet guests warmly, open doors, and escort them to the lobby. Assist with loading/unloading luggage and belongings. Offer water, cold towels, and general local information (points of interest, directions).

Vehicle Management:

Perform daily checks (fuel, tires, cleanliness) and report issues. Keep the vehicle interior and exterior spotless and presentable. Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel safety protocols.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Follow set schedules and adapt to on-demand requests. Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and bell desk for smooth pickups/drop-offs. Map out efficient routes using GPS and traffic updates.

Administrative & Logistical:

Maintain trip logs (mileage, times, guest details). Handle guest keys securely and manage parking areas. Report any incidents, accidents, or lost & found items immediately.

Professionalism:

Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Handle guest complaints or problems by escalating to management. Ensure a positive, memorable, and luxurious guest experience.
