Job Description

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, guests, and goods as per company requirements. The role includes maintaining the vehicle, following traffic rules, ensuring timely travel, and supporting operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive company vehicles for staff movement, deliveries, and official requirements. Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving guidelines. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in proper running condition. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, oil, water, brakes, and tire condition. Maintain logbooks, records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle service schedules. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required. Transport documents, materials, or packages securely and efficiently. Report any vehicle repairs, breakdowns, or incidents immediately to the supervisor. Plan routes to ensure timely and efficient travel. Maintain confidentiality of company information and passenger privacy. Ensure courteous and professional behavior with staff, clients, and guests.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Valid driving license (LMV or as required). Good knowledge of local routes and navigation. Safe and responsible driving habits. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle long or flexible working hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a professional driver. Experience in corporate, hotel, or commercial driving preferred. Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and drive for long hours. Ability to lift moderate-weight items when required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
