afely transport residents to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other approved destinations. Assist elderly residents during boarding and alighting from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort. Support hospital assistance by coordinating with nursing staff during patient visits and emergencies. Be available for emergency transportation requirements at any time, as per duty roster. Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times. Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres) and report any defects immediately. Maintain vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, and fuel records accurately. Follow all traffic rules, internal transport policies, and safety guidelines strictly. Assist with official commutation duties such as document delivery, staff transportation, and errands as assigned. Ensure residents' privacy and confidentiality during transportation. Coordinate with security and administration for entry/exit movements. Maintain polite and respectful behavior towards residents, patients, visitors, and staff. Report any incidents, delays, or accidents immediately to the reporting authority.
