Job Summary:

As a Low Weight Driver in our 5-star hotel, you will be responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services for guests and hotel management. You will operate light vehicles such as hotel cars or vans to transfer guests to and from airports, tourist destinations, or other locations, while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate hotel-owned cars or vans for guest transfers, staff errands, and hotel-related transport. Greet and assist guests with luggage, entry/exit of the vehicle, and general travel needs. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle at all times (interior and exterior). Follow traffic laws and hotel driving protocols at all times. Assist Concierge or Front Office team in coordinating guest transport schedules. Provide guests with local information and recommendations when appropriate. Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports. Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the relevant supervisor immediately. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in line with the hotel's 5-star standards. Support other departments with transportation needs (e.g., picking up VIPs, deliveries).

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in a hospitality or luxury setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and nearby attractions. High level of personal grooming and professional etiquette. Ability to lift and handle luggage or light items. Flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

Mostly outdoor/vehicle-based with variable hours. Uniform provided and must be worn at all times during duty. May involve long periods of sitting or driving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
