Job Title: Drip Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Job Summary:

The Drip Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing automated communication workflows across SMS, Email, and WhatsApp channels. The role requires strong understanding of marketing funnels, student enquiry journeys, and disposition management to ensure smooth communication throughout the admission cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

SMS, Email, and WhatsApp drip campaigns

for lead nurturing and student engagement. Create and manage

automated funnels

for enquiries, applications, follow-ups, and conversions. Draft and schedule communication messages for different stages of the student journey. Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click rates, response rates, and conversions. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to understand

student dispositions

and update communication flows accordingly. Maintain and optimize student communication databases. Conduct A/B testing for improving messaging and campaign efficiency. Ensure timely communication with leads to enhance admissions funnel performance. Coordinate with technical teams for tool configurations, integrations, and workflow setups. Prepare campaign reports and insights for management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

SMS, Email, and WhatsApp communication tools

. Ability to understand and build

marketing funnels

and automated drip workflows. Good understanding of

student dispositions

and lead stages. Excellent

English communication and drafting skills

. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Strong coordination skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines during peak admission cycles.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
