Job Title: Civil Draughtsman

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman to support our eco-friendly residential and villa projects at Sattva. This role is strictly focused on drawing and drafting work, requiring strong technical skills and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil and working drawings for residential/villa projects
Draft plans, sections, elevations, and construction details
Translate architectural and structural concepts into accurate drawings
Modify and update drawings based on design inputs and site feedback
Ensure drawings meet execution standards and sustainability guidelines
Maintain organized drawing files and revisions
Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Civil Draughtsmanship or equivalent
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
1-4 years of hands-on drafting experience in residential projects
Good understanding of construction detailing and materials
High attention to detail and drawing accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Commitment to quality and sustainable design principles
