We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate residential drawings and support design and execution teams. The role involves creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD and coordinating with architects and engineers to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare residential floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD
Convert design concepts and sketches into technical drawings
Revise drawings based on project and site feedback
Maintain drawing records and revisions
Ensure drawings follow company standards and construction norms
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong drawing skills with attention to detail
Ability to understand residential construction drawings
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience:
0-1 year of drafting experience preferred
Exposure to residential projects is an advantage
Freshers with strong drawing efficiency and confidence in AutoCAD are welcome to apply
