Job Description

We are looking for a

Civil Draughtsman

responsible for preparing

accurate technical drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings

for civil, interior, and fit-out projects. The role requires close coordination with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing & Documentation

Visiting of Sites in South of India. Taking measurements Understanding Client Requirement Prepare

2D drawings according to same

: Floor plans Sections & elevations Structural & civil detailing (low part) Interior layouts & fit-out drawings Develop

working drawings and shop drawings

for execution. Prepare

as-built drawings

after project completion. Modify drawings as per

site conditions and client changes

.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with Client, Internal Production Team, Management and

site supervisors

. Provide drawing support during

site execution

. Resolve drawing-related queries from the site team. Maintain drawing revisions and document control. Coordinating between client and site installation team at the time of installation

Technical Compliance

Ensure drawings comply with

project specifications, standards, and as per client guidelines

Understand basic fixture and furniture methods, materials, and measurements. Assist in quantity take-off (BOQ support) if required.

Software Skills Required

AutoCAD (Mandatory)

Knowledge of

SketchUp / Revit

(preferred) Basic knowledge of

MS Excel & PDF tools

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E in

Civil Engineering

or related field.

Experience

2-5 years

experience as a Civil Draughtsman. Experience in

interiors, retail showrooms, commercial or residential projects

preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
